Sterile implants

Sterile and implantable products are non-returnable once shipped, except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, shipment error or seal-integrity failure. The sterility chain depends on intact packaging — once opened, the implant cannot be re-sterilised by us.

Non-sterile instruments & power tools

Non-sterile reusable instruments and power tools may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, original-packaging condition. A restocking fee may apply for opened-but-unused returns.

Manufacturing defects

If a product arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of receipt with photographs and the REF/lot number from the implant label. Verified defects are resolved by replacement, credit or refund — your choice.

Shipment errors

If the wrong product was shipped, we cover return freight and ship the correct item express. Email info@orthoprovet.com with the order number and photographs of the received item and label.

Power-tool warranty

Electric handpieces and battery packs carry a 24-month manufacturing warranty. Wear items (drill bits, saw blades, consumables) are not warranty-covered.
