Our technical-support team helps veterinary clinics get the most out of every implant and instrument. Reach us by phone, WhatsApp or email — we route enquiries to the right product specialist within one business day.

Implant selection

Picking the right plate, screw or external fixator for a specific fracture, breed or anatomical site — share the case (radiographs welcome, encrypted on request) and we will help you size the construct.

Technique & surgical-step guidance

For new implant systems (ALPS, TPLO, external fixator frame assembly), our team provides remote technique-guidance and reference materials. We can also connect your clinic with experienced veterinary surgeons in our practitioner network.

Batch traceability & REF/lot lookup

Every implant ships with a REF and lot number printed on the label. If you need to verify a serial, request the certificate of conformity, or trace a specific batch, email info@orthoprovet.com with the REF/lot and product description.

Replacement & spare parts

Power-tool batteries, drill bits, saw blades, screwdriver shafts and consumables are kept in stock for fast dispatch. Reach out with the model number for current pricing and lead-time.

Post-op follow-up

For unexpected post-operative findings (implant migration, screw loosening, unusual healing patterns), contact us with case details and our team will engage the appropriate clinical adviser.
