It does exactly what a starter kit should and the screw purchase is dependable. You will outgrow the two-diameter range fairly quickly once caseload grows.

Ideal entry into fracture repair
For a practice building an orthopaedic service the 2.7 and 3.5mm range covers a lot of ground affordably. The drill bits and taps are of a standard well above what I expected from a starter set.
